Machinist/Mechanic
This is a new full-time position to increase our manufacturing output. This is a hands-on job, spending the day operating the machines and tools that build our parts. In addition to the hands on work, we’re looking for a leader. Someone who makes things happen.
A machinist for us is someone running lathes, presses, drill presses, waterjets. They are bending metal, drilling holes, installing hardware
Responsibilities:
- Running of machines & tools
- Fabrication of metal parts
- Operate waterjet, tumbler and related machines
- Do Pre-production work for masts and hardware
- Light welding work
Skills Required:
- Attention to detail
- Experience in machine shop or similar environment
- Positive attitude, a problem solver - makes decisions and moves forward
- Willingness to work hard in a physical job, set the example
Compensation & Benefits:
