Sales Associate

Zim Sailing gets people on the water – selling sailboats, parts, pieces, and apparel nationwide.
We’re looking for another person to join our Sales Team as we grow.
The Sales Associate position is an important role. This job involves talking to customers about sailing, helping sell our products, and preparing for and attending regattas and events.
This is a hands-on job and works with almost every department here. The best fit for this role is a hard-working self-starter who enjoys all sailing offers. Our company has been around for 12 years now - we offer good benefits, training, and opportunities to advance as we grow. Job Responsibilities:
● Systematically sell boats, parts, and more by email, phone, and online.
● Use your knowledge and training to help customers get the best products
● Create estimates, sales orders, and invoices for customers
● Support event preparations, loading trailers, and stocking
● Answer and support customer questions via email, phone, in person
● Assist with unloading boats, preparing them, and getting products to customers
Skills You Should Have:
● Sailing knowledge/experience
● Comfortable with Microsoft Office and Google suite
● Organized, timely, disciplined, and motivated!
