Sailboat Hardware & Rigging Specialist
Zim Sailing is hiring in our rigging department. This position produces the spars (masts and booms), wires, and rope products for inclusion on our products, or to end users. This job requires experience with swaging, splicing and sailboat mast rigging. We can train the right person, but experience is greatly preferred.
Job duties include:

Rope splicing

Wire swaging

Completion of small sailboat masts

Production work related to masts and mast hardware

Building rigging products for retail customers

Operating some machines (waterjet, tumbler)
Compensation & Benefits:

Competitive pay $20-24/hr (depending on experience)

PTO: 2 weeks for first 5 years, then 3 weeks

We fulfil orders from our warehouse, receive inventory and build kits and sub-assemblies to support sales. Our business is growing, with over 20 people on our team.
