Charter begins on 2/14. Additional practice days may be added for $150/day (plus tax).

Liability Waiver & Release (Required)
- Zim Sailing requires a completed Liability/Damage Waiver for all confirmed charter bookings

- In the event that this form is not completed, your charter boat will not be released until you have done so.
- This form needs to be completed once, if you have already filled the form out, no action is needed.
