The ILCA Laser Harken Boom Vang is a very popular ILCA dinghy upgrade. It features a 15:1 purchase, making fine-tune adjustments much easier and smoother. Kit includes a Harken Vang base unit, Harken top block, and Harken 16mm double block w/ becket, dyneema primary line, purple dyneema cored control line, handle, and elastic top block retainer. A great upgrade for older ILCAs with basic 3:1 boom vang. Note that this kit comes disassembled but is easy to put together!
