Zim Sailing Employee Learn-to-Sail
Do you want to learn to sail? Sign up today to take lessons at Sail Newport or Bristol Yacht Club this summer, paid for by Zim Sailing.
1) Choose a session that fits your schedule. Weekday or weekend sessions are available.
2) Let Sam know which session and location you'd like to sign up for or click the button below. You can email sam@zimsailing.com, or come see Sam in the sales office if that is more convenient.
3) Zim will pay for 100% of your registration fee and provide a PFD for your use in the program.
4) You get to learn how to sail!
Both of the programs available use small sailboats, typically sailed with 2-4 people.

Staff J22 Racing (Wednesdays)
In addition to offering staff learn-to-sail opportunities, Zim Sailing has chartered a J22 sailboat at Bristol Yacht Club for their summer series of Wednesday Night Races. No sailing experience is necessary to join this offering. Each week, we will make sure that at least two folks on board have experience racing sailboats, so anyone that is newer to the sport will be comfortable. The goal of these race nights is to show our team what sailboat racing is like; we're not trying to win any medals, so don't be intimidated if you've never been sailing or racing before!
As each race day approaches, Sam will let the team know who has been selected to sail that week. Preference will be given to those that have not yet sailed on the J22 for the summer.
Each Wednesday, we will meet at Bristol Yacht Club just after 5pm. Racing begins around 6, and goes until sunset.
