Our best selling ILCA outhaul system, now with Harken Zircon Blocks! Upgrade your ILCA / Laser outhaul to the latest 6:1 purchase system with this complete set up from our Rig Shop. This is our updated 'Aft Loop' quick release style. Our TecPRO Zircon Edition Outhaul includes two 29mm Harken Zircon single blocks with spliced Dyneema for luggage tagging around mast and boom cleat, a single block with Dyneema primary line (led aft to clew) and 4mm Technora control line (led forward and down to deck cleat), and our classic clew shackle w/ block for easy on and off. The Dyneema Primary Line features a large loop at the end for looping around the end of the boom, allowing easy rigging and derigging (like a quick release). Our experts have fine tuned this system so that the lengths are perfect for dialing in your outhaul on a ILCA 7 / Laser Standard or ILCA 6 / Laser Radial.

This is our *premium* outhaul assembly featuring a 4mm high tech double braid control line with Dyneema SK78 core and polyester/Technora 16 cover for great durability, plus the latest Harken 29mm Zircon Blocks. Our standard TecPro version features the same line but with standard Harken Carbo Blocks, and our Pro edition features a more budget friendly Robline Dinghy Control control line option.
