J Sails is a family company, established in Poland in 1991. Since inception, JSails specialized in Optimist sails. The company's first success came in 2000 when a new model was designed based on coach and sail maker experience: Classic. It was with this model that J Sails had its first significant success.
J Red 95lbs<
The Red Race sail is JSail's most successful sail and also the sail that has the most championship titles. Red gives amazing speed at the loss and is perfect for all conditions and is easily trimmed. Lighter or less experienced sailors may find the sail difficult to manage in strong winds.
J Red 2.0 88lbs<
A new design for the classic J Red. This sail hold its shape better with different sailing styles compared to the original and has had a panel removed to tighten the leech. Less experienced sailors may have trouble trimming the sail in heavier winds.
J Blue 75 - 95lbs
The J Sails Blue sail gives fast acceleration that is noticeable at start and mark rounds. The sail has excellent performance in small waves as well and no loss of performance in flat water conditions. The sail is designed to be easier to manage in strong winds for lighter or less experienced sailors compared to the J Sails Red.
J Blue 2.0 - 70 - 90lbs
A new design for the classic J Blue. This sail hold its shape better with different sailing styles compared to the original and has had a panel removed to tighten the leech.
J Green 70lbs>
The sail is meant to be used in very specific conditions: in very strong wind, by ultra light sailors. The sail is considerably slower in light or medium wind conditions.
J Black 110lbs<
The J Sails Black is designed to extend the career of optimistic sailors that are a little heavier, for those where other models no longer provide sufficient power for them.
