Custom Spliced Laser/ILCA 6:1 Outhaul Assembly w/ Technora Control Line & Harken Blocks
Upgrade your Laser / ILCA outhaul to the latest 6:1 purchase system with this complete set up from our West Coast Sailing Rig Shop. This is our updated 'Aft Loop' quick release style. Our TecPRO outhaul includes two single blocks with spliced Dyneema for luggage tagging around mast and boom cleat, a single block with Dyneema primary line (led aft to clew) and Robline Polytech technora control line (led forward and down to deck cleat), and our classic clew shackle w/ block for easy on and off. The Dyneema Primary Line features a large loop at the end for looping around the end of the boom, allowing easy rigging and derigging (like a quick release). Our experts have fine tuned this system so that the lengths are perfect for dialing in your outhaul on a Laser Standard / ILCA 7 or Laser Radial / ILCA 6.
Currently only available in blue from Zim Sailing. All Dyneema line is gray.
This kit includes line lengths that are ideal for Laser Standard / ILCA 7 and/or Laser Radial / ILCA 6 rigs. If you are looking to install our Outhaul PRO 6:1 on your Laser 4.7 / ILCA 4, please purchase our Outhaul Strop Line for Laser 4.7 / ILCA 4, sold separately.
TecPro vs Pro:
This is an upgrade over our standard 6:1 Outhaul PRO and features 4mm Robline Polytech, a high tech double braid with Dyneema SK78 core and polyester/Technora 16 cover for great durability.

- Mast Dangle Block - 18mm Harken Fly Block w/ 2.5mm Dyneema tail and loop (spliced)
- Boom Cleat Block - 18mm Harken Fly Block w/ 2.5mm Dyneema loop (spliced)
- Control/Primary Line w/ Block - 18mm Harken Fly Block w/ 3mm Dyneema primary line spliced to one side and 4mm Robline Polytech technora spliced to other)
- Clew Shackle w/ Block - Integrated shackle with Harken 16mm Airblock for quick connection
